Terms & Conditions v2

How Your Information Is Used at PNE Events
PNE events bring together senior professionals and carefully selected solution providers within a rich programme of structured one-to-one meetings, networking, speaker sessions and sector-focused panel discussions. At the heart of everything we do is a curated matching process ensuring that every delegate, every conversation and every connection is relevant to your organisation's needs and priorities.

To facilitate your participation, the information you provide during registration - including your role, organisation, current priorities, challenges and investment areas - will be shared with attending solution providers. This enables us to arrange your structured meeting schedule and ensures that the wider event programme, including networking and discussions, brings together a community of professionals who are genuinely relevant to one another.

The sharing of your registration profile is fundamental to how PNE events operate. Without it, we are unable to build your meeting programme or facilitate your place at the event. Solution providers are vetted by us and selected specifically for each event. Your data will not be sold or passed to any party outside of the event.

Following the event, you may receive communications from solution providers. You can opt out of these at any time using the unsubscribe link in their emails or by contacting them directly. To opt out of communications from PNE, please contact us at dataprotection@pne-uk.com.

1. Registration & Participation

Registration for Partnership Network Events (PNE) is complimentary for approved delegates. By completing the registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to participate fully in the event, including the structured meeting programme that sits at the heart of the PNE experience.

PNE events are designed around a curated community of senior professionals and solution providers, brought together through a matching process based on your organisation's needs and priorities. In addition to your structured meetings, the event includes networking opportunities, speaker presentations and panel discussions, all shaped by the same matching process to ensure every element of your time is relevant and valuable.

As part of your registration, you will be asked to provide details about your organisation, your current priorities, challenges and areas of investment. This information is used to build your meeting schedule, curate the wider event community, and ensure the programme is relevant to your sector and needs.

Your registration is personal to you. Complimentary places are provided on the basis of your individual profile and seniority and cannot be transferred without our prior agreement.

2. Attendance Obligations

As your place is provided on a complimentary basis, you are expected to attend the full event, including the scheduled meeting programme. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can manage the event schedule accordingly.

If you become unable to attend, you may propose a replacement delegate of equivalent seniority. Any replacement is subject to our review and approval, and the replacement delegate must complete the registration form in full.

3. Cancellation & Substitution

In the event that you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to either arrange a suitable replacement or manage your withdrawal from the programme in a way that minimises disruption to the event schedule.

PNE reserves the right to decline a proposed substitute if they do not meet the criteria for the event.

4. Event Alterations, Postponement or Cancellation

PNE will endeavour to deliver all events as planned and will adhere to the published agenda wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to alter the schedule, speakers, timings, format or venue where it is deemed to be in the best interests of the event.

In the event of postponement or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, fire, or other force majeure events - PNE will notify delegates as soon as reasonably practicable and offer the option to transfer registration to an alternative date where possible.

PNE shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates in connection with any alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.

5. Conduct at Events

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards fellow delegates, solution providers and event staff throughout the event. PNE reserves the right to remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate or contrary to the best interests of the event.

You must not undertake any unauthorised commercial activity, solicitation or marketing at the event unless you are registered as a sponsor or solution provider. Any canvassing or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, filming or recording may take place at PNE events for use in future event materials, marketing and media. If you have any concerns about this, please speak to a member of the PNE team on the day.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

You are responsible for your own safety whilst attending a PNE event. PNE shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage to personal possessions, or costs arising from your attendance at the event, including travel and accommodation costs.

PNE is not responsible for the behaviour of any other delegate, solution provider or third party present at the event.

7. Data & Privacy

The use of your personal data in connection with PNE events is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at pne-uk.com/privacy-policy. The lawful basis for sharing your registration profile with event solution providers is contractual necessity, as this sharing is fundamental to the delivery of the event for which you have registered.

For any questions about how your data is handled, or to submit a data-related request, please contact us at dataprotection@pne-uk.com.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Partnership Network Events (PNE) is part of the CloserStill Group. These event-specific terms sit alongside and do not replace any applicable group-level policies.
